Bristol & Bates Foundation was formally organized as an independent organization in 2022 and is now recognized by the IRS as a 501(c)(3) Public Benefit Non-Profit.

Bristol & Bates Foundation is a registered and approved Federal Grantee, holding a Commercial and Government Entity Code of 9R4T4.

Bristol & Bates is committed to the highest level of transparency. Our organization earned a 2023 Guidestar Platinum Seal of Transparency, showcasing the progress and results we’re making toward our missions.
